Josselin Snoek My name is Josselin and I’m 22 years old. Through propedeuses in Philisophy and Garden- and Landscape Design I arrived here in Wageningen at BSc Landscape Architecture. Fortunately, I did not lose the ability to write and in my role as TOPOS’ chair I gave myself the aim to let fellow students look further in landscape than the compulsory courses reach. I’m interested in philosophy and aesthetics, if possible combined. Take for example the films from the director Wes Anderson.
David de Boer My name is David and I am 21 years old. I am currently busy with my first year MSc in Landscape Architecture. Besides my studies I enjoy drawing and the outdoors. Within TOPOS, I will be the voice on social media. So make sure you follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Linked In!
Gerben Hartgerink My name is Gerben (19 years old), second year BSc Landscape Architecture. I’m going to write for TOPOS, with hope to brighten your day! Also I will collaborate with the BuitelHucht committee. Besides TOPOS I love to go mountain-biking in nature, and I love painting and watching films like Interstellar, Django Enchained and Inception.
Linde Keip My name is Linde (age 23) and I am in the final year of my bachelor, last year I studied Landscape Architecture in Istanbul. I am interested in traveling, languages, drawing, films, going outside and architecture. Within TOPOS I will write an article or column from time to time, and I will maintain contact with the Landscape Architecture graduates.
Sylvia Neutel
My name is Sylvia and nearing the end of my studies here in Wageningen, I’ve still decided to join TOPOS. I have always loved to read (any kind of travel book especially) and I hope I’ll be able to take on some writing myself. Also, I will maintain contact with the Spatial Planning and Cultural Geography graduates. Other than that, I love hiking, tennis, playing piano and guitar, puzzles, and photography.
Koen van Niekerk
Hi, I’m Koen, 20 years old now and a new face in TOPOS. Currently, I amplify my BSc Landscape Architecture with a minor art philosophy and art history at the UU. I like to share my thoughts and knowledge about landscape architecture, landscape itself, philosophy and art with you. When I’m not writing or reading, I like to row, bike, swim and visit art exhibits.
Maureen Prikken My name is Maureen Prikken (20 years old) and I’m in my second year of the bachelor Landscape Architecture. I love being outside, painting art, and listening to music such as indie, rock and progressive metal. At TOPOS I assist the team and I take care of the website as webmaster.
Cor Simon
I’m Cor and I’m a graduate MSc Landscape Architecture. One day mankind came and had to adapt to the landscape. Nowadays mankind is trying to adapt the landscape to themselves. Are we doing this well, sustainable? I’m interested in the way the humans and the landscape can live together in harmony, and I think about the future of nature in urban environments. For TOPOS, I’m an author and I give advice.
Lars Uphus My name is Lars and after my BSc Spatial Planning I started the MSc Forest and Nature Conservation to gain ecological knowledge. Also I’m busy with my GIS-minor. I hope to eventually combine these fields of research in applied assignments. I’m interested in the interactions between geography, ecology, land use, nature and humans. For TOPOS I’m an author and I will maintain contact with publishers. Beside this I like to bike, hike and be outside.
